Our use of this Web shop is governed by these terms and conditions. Please take a few minutes to review these terms and conditions. Your use of the mukulgoyal.com Web shop constitutes your agreement to follow these rules and to be bound by them. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
Please note that this policy applies only to items purchased on mukulgoyal

  1. Shopping Cart: Adding to your shopping cart does not commit you to buying the product; it simply sets it aside so that when you decide to buy it you can do so quickly. You can add as many products to your cart as you like. In order to save your shopping cart you will need to be logged in while adding items to your cart. Your cart will save automatically if you do not purchase the items in it during the login session. When you login at a later time, and go to your shopping cart it will be there as you left it before.
  2. Credit Card: Upon online approval of your payment, your order will be processed. Our payment gateway (CC Avenue) adopts stringent security measures to ensure that your sensitive information is thoroughly protected. Your entire credit card authorization is done through a High End Secure Payment Gateway. You enter your credit card details on the secure server and the same is encrypted and transmitted via secure server directly to your credit card service for authorization to complete your order. At no time do even we have access to your credit card details, thus making your payment even more secure than using your card in a restaurant.
  3. Order Processing: On completion of the payment procedure you will arrive at our order confirmation page. You will also receive an order confirmation e-mail at the e-mail address you entered in your Billing Details during check out. Please retain your order number for reference in all future contact with us. We reserve the right to decline any order or cancel any order or part thereof. Any payments if received by us on such orders will be refunded in full orders placed on weekends / public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
  4. Shipping & Order Delivery: We have possibilities of shipping.
    1. Item in Stock: This will be shipped within max of 10 working days. It should reach you within a week of order date.
    2. Out of Stock: Sometimes when the product is not going to be available in the near future, we label it out of stock. In that case you should not order the product. But if you still want the product, write to us and we will inform you as soon as we have it back in our stocks.

    Processing time for orders containing more than one item will be according to the item in your order requiring the longest processing time as all items in a single order will ship together.
    There are situations, out of our control, in which shipping could get unusually delayed. While we use reliable shipping options, such instances do happen.In case of unforeseen delays in shipping please allow 7 days for delivery over your order processing time. If you have still not received your order please contact us with your Order Number at website@mukulgoyal.com

    Once your order is shipped, you will receive a mail from us, giving you the dispatch details.
    Weekend and Holiday delivery is not available. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

  5. Returns & Refunds: We want you to love everything that you buy from us. However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we will be happy to offer you a full refund of your purchase price, provided that returned items are in their original condition. Any Shipping charges are non refundable. Your returns must reach us within 7 days from delivery to you, with the items in undamaged, unused and re-saleable condition to be eligible for a refund. We reserve the right to determine if items returned are in undamaged and unused condition and fit for resale. Please repack the items and delivery slip carefully in the original packaging you received them in and ship it to us via a reliable courier that allows online tracking. Our Address is given below in the customer care section. The refund will take up to 21 days to reflect in your credit depending on the payment mode you have used. Net banking and debit cards will get credited back within a week of confirmation from us, whereas credit cards take a longer time, depending on your billing cycle.
  6. Damaged Goods: We use reliable shippers to make sure your order is delivered safely. In the rare event that your items are damaged during shipping, we offer you a replacement if you contact us within 3 days of taking delivery with a proof the damage (photograph via e-mail/post). Please contact us with your order number and details. We will inform you within 48 hours about replacement.
  7. Cancellations: Unfortunately, since we are processing your order as quickly as possible, we are not able to accommodate order cancellations.
  8. Taxes & Delivery Charges: All taxes are calculated and included in the final price communicated at the end of your order. Designwise India Pvt. Ltd is required by law to declare an accurate value on all shipments. Shipping charges are actual and vary depending on the product weight/volume, minimum delivery charges and the delivery destination.
