Products

How are the products packed?

Each product from Mukul Goyal Signature Object range is packed in a distinctive orange gift box. Products from Tattva & Studio ranges are packed in a safe, secure and hardy packaging.

How do I maintain the products?

Handwash the tableware and dry immediately using a soft cotton cloth. Do not put it in the dishwasher. We recommend wiping the other products including the hardware with a dry cloth regularly. Avoid using detergents or harsh chemicals as they may damage the materials and finish.

Do you offer customisation?

Yes, limited customisation in terms of including your brand / personal message on the products is possible. In addition, we offer bespoke design services for special projects viz., trophy design, special event gift design, sculpture & installations and more. Shopping Cart

Will my shopping cart be saved if I log out?

For this to happen, firstly you need to create an account. Your cart will save automatically if you are logged in to your account while adding items. When you log in later, your cart will be as you left it.

Payments

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Credit/Debit Cards, Netbanking and UPI as methods of payment for domestic orders and accept Pay Pal and Credit/Debit Cards for International orders.

How secure is my debit/credit card information?

Your payment is processed through a High-End Secure Payment Gateways (CC Avenue & Paypal). Your credit card details are encrypted and transmitted securely by the gateways, and we do not have access to your credit card information.

When will my order be processed after payment?

Upon online approval of your payment, your order will be processed immediately. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be taken into processing on the next business day which will be counted as the day of the order receipt.

Order Processing

What happens after I complete my payment?

You will be directed to an order confirmation page and receive a confirmation email at the address provided during checkout.

Can my order be declined or canceled?

Yes, we reserve the right to decline or cancel an order. Any payments received for such orders will be refunded in full.

Shipping & Order Delivery

How long does it take for the order to be dispatched?

Depending on size and composition of the order, it will be shipped between 1-5 days. We will communicate directly on registered email incase order is delayed for some reason.

What if an item is out of stock?

If a product is out of stock and unavailable in the near future, it will be labeled as such. If you still want the item, you can contact us via email (connect@mukulgoyal.com), and we will notify you when it is back in stock.

Will all items in a multi-item order be shipped together?

Yes, the order will be shipped together and despatch time will be based on the item that requires the longest processing time.

What if my order is delayed?

While we use reliable shipping options, unforeseen delays can happen. Please allow up to 7 additional days for delivery after dispatch. If your order still hasn’t arrived by then, contact us with your Order Number at connect@mukulgoyal.com

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email with dispatch details once your order is shipped.

Do you deliver to PO Box Address?

No, we do not ship to PO Box addresses. For all orders, we need proper address of the receiver.

Returns & Refunds

Do you offer refund?

Refund is not offered against the return of product. We offer exchange of products in lieu of the same. For more details please refer to our Terms & Conditions.

Can I exchange an item if I’m not satisfied?

Yes, you can exchange an item.
If any user is not satisfied with their order, they need to inform us within 48 hours of receipt of the product on connect@mukulgoyal.com /+91-9718490022

The product should be in undamaged, unused, and resaleable condition. Once approved, you may exchange the product with another of same or higher value by paying the differential cost in a single transaction within 30 days.

Are shipping charges refundable?

No, shipping charges are non-refundable. Incase of return of product, the shipping costs have to be borne by the customers. For despatch of a new products, we shall bear the shipping cost.

How do I return an item?

Repack the item in its original packaging along with the delivery slip and ship it via a reliable courier with online tracking at your own risk and cost. For details, refer to our Terms and Conditions.

Damaged Goods

What if my order arrives damaged?

In rare cases of shipping damage, contact us within 48 hours of receipt of the product with a photograph of the damage via email on connect@mukulgoyal.com /+91-9718490022
Support is available from Monday to Saturday, from 11.00AM – 6:00 PM (IST).

We will review and inform you within 48 hours about a replacement.

Cancellations

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

You may cancel your order only until the said order has not been dispatched from our premises. We do not accept any cancellation on orders after the product has been dispatched from our warehouse.

In case of acceptance of order cancellation, there is no credit/refund given on the paid amount, but user may purchase another product(s) of same or higher value by paying the difference in cost in a single transaction. Taxes

Are taxes included in the final price?

Yes, all local taxes are calculated and included in the final price at checkout. However, customs duties & taxes (if any) charged for the international shipments have to be borne by the receiver.
