DIPL will not bear any liability for any damages caused due to any user details found to be untrue (wholly or partly). 

Pricing Terms

Product prices on the website are listed in INR (Indian Rupee) and/ or USD (United States Dollar). The USD prices are listed for a select range of products and will be applicable to all users logging in and ordering from outside India or for orders that have a shipping address outside India.

Prices are subject to change at any time without any notifications as per the sole discretion of DIPL.

Payment Terms

All our payment transactions are routed through High End Secure Payment Gateways of CCAvenue and Paypal.

We accept payments through Credit/Debit Cards, Netbanking, UPI for all domestic transactions.

Our international users can make payments through Paypal and also with their Credit/Debit cards through Paypal.

The payment gateways adopt stringent security measures to ensure that the users’ sensitive information is thoroughly protected.

DIPL does not guarantee the availability of any or all payment modes and platforms. Further, DIPL does not assure or take responsibility for the payment platforms  that are offered for payment.

Shipping Terms 

Shipping for both domestic and international orders is FREE, subject to the below conditions: 

  1. Products bought in INR will be shipped only to an address in India and not to any international destination. In such cases where billing is Indian and shipping is International, the applicable order prices will be quoted and paid for in USD.
  2. Products paid for in USD will qualify for despatch to any address outside or within India. However, all duties and taxes, if any, for international shipping shall be borne by the user/receiver alone. DIPL is not liable to pay any Duties or Taxes for International Shipping.

Shipment / Delivery Timelines

Unless otherwise mentioned, an order will ordinarily be despatched between 1-5 days of payment confirmation depending on the order size and order composition.

DIPL shall not be liable for any delay/non-delivery of purchased goods caused by factors beyond its control viz., flood, fire, wars, acts of God etc, as well as due to the acts/omissions of the third–party delivery agents /shippers.

Returns / Exchange

We want our users to love everything that they buy from us.

However, if any user is not satisfied with their order, they need to inform us within 48 hours of receipt of the product by below email / phone.

In lieu of return, an exchange of product(s) will be offered, provided that the said item is returned to us in an undamaged, unused and re-saleable condition to be eligible for a refund. We reserve the sole right to determine if items returned are in undamaged and unused condition and fit for resale.

The user should repack the items and delivery slip carefully in the original packaging they received them in and ship it to us at below address via a reliable courier at their own risk and cost.

All returns must reach us within 7 days from delivery to the user (for domestic users)/30 days from delivery (for international users).

Upon approval, the user may exchange the said product for another product(s) of same or higher value by paying the differential amount in a single transaction within the exchange period of 1 month. No credit note will be issued.

Damaged Goods / Quality Issue

We use reliable shippers to make sure the orders are delivered safely and follow very strict quality parameters to ensure only the best quality reaches our users.

In the rare event that the items are damaged during shipping or there is a manufacturing defect/quality issue then, we offer our users a replacement, if they contact us within 48 hours of taking delivery with a proof of the damage/quality concern with photograph(s) via connect@mukulgoyal.com / +91-9718490022

Please contact us with your order number and details and upon due verification, we will inform you within 48 hours of receipt of your mail/message about replacement process. 

Order Cancellations 

A user may cancel their order only if the said order has not been dispatched from our premises yet. We do not accept any cancellation on orders after the product has been dispatched from our premises.

In case of acceptance of order cancellation, there is no credit refund given on the paid amount, but user may purchase another product(s) of same or higher value by paying the difference in cost. For any assistance please reach out to connect@mukulgoyal.com with details of your query.

Product Specifications

We reserve the right to change the product specifications at any point of time without any notice at our own discretion.
