Pricing Terms

Product prices on the website are listed in INR (Indian Rupee) and or USD (United States Dollar). The USD prices are listed for a select range of products and will be applicable to all users logging in and ordering from outside India or for orders that have a shipping address outside India.

Prices are subject to change at any time without any notifications as per the sole discretion of DIPL.

Payment Terms

All our payment transactions are routed through High End Secure Payment Gateways of CCAvenue and Paypal. We accept payments through Credit or Debit Cards, Netbanking, and UPI for all domestic transactions. Our international users can make payments through Paypal and also with their Credit or Debit cards through Paypal. The payment gateways adopt stringent security measures to ensure that the users sensitive information is thoroughly protected. DIPL does not guarantee the availability of any or all payment modes and platforms. Further, DIPL does not assure or take responsibility for the payment platforms that are offered for payment.

Shipping Terms

We offer FREE shipping for both domestic and international orders. However, destination country duty charges are to be paid by the receiving party at the time of delivery to the courier service.

Delivery Timelines

An order will ordinarily be dispatched between 1 and 5 days of payment confirmation depending on the order size and order composition. Separate communication will be shared with the customer in case the order will take more time to be processed.

Designwise India Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any delay or nondelivery of purchased goods caused by factors beyond its control,
such as flood, fire, wars, acts of God, as well as due to the acts or omissions of the third party delivery agents or shippers.

Returns or Exchange

We want our users to love everything that they buy from us.

However, if any user is not satisfied with their order, they need to inform us within 48 hours of receipt of the product

In lieu of return, an exchange of product or products will be offered, provided that the said item is returned to us in an undamaged, unused and resaleable condition to be eligible for a refund. We reserve the sole right to determine if items returned are in undamaged and unused condition and fit for resale.

The user should repack the items and delivery slip carefully in the original packaging they received them in and ship it to us
at the below address via a reliable courier at their own risk and cost.

All returns must reach us within 7 days from delivery to the user (for domestic users) or within 30 days from delivery (for international users).

Upon approval, the user may exchange the said product for another product or products of same or higher value by paying the differential amount in a single transaction within the exchange period of 1 month. No credit note will be issued.

Damaged Goods or Quality Issue

We use reliable shippers to make sure the orders are delivered safely and follow very strict quality parameters to ensure only the best quality reaches our users.

In the rare event that the items are damaged during shipping or there is a manufacturing defect or quality issue, we offer our users a replacement, if they contact us within 48 hours of taking delivery with a proof of the damage or quality concern with photographs via connect@mukulgoyal.com or +91 9718490022.

Please contact us with your order number and details and upon due verification, we will inform you within 48 hours of receipt

Order Cancellations

A user may cancel their order only if the said order has not been dispatched from our premises yet. We do not accept any cancellation on orders after the product has been dispatched from our premises.
